This Rye holiday accommodation is accessed via an ancient pedestrianised lane and has its own front door at street level and video entry phone. Smugglers has been refurbished quite recently and although it has many ancient features it also benefits from a modern kitchen area and a harmonious mix of contemporary and antique furniture. The kitchen is open plan to the lounge area and is equipped with a Delonghi oven, hob, fridge and ample space for preparation. In this part of the room there is a feature ceiling opening into the eaves. Please note there is no washer/dryer or freezer. The lounge area comes equipped with a television with a  dvd player. There is a small double bedroom and a single bedroom both of which could take a cot if necessary. The bathroom has a tasteful corner bath with a mixer shower attachment ,toilet and sink and features some unusual fossilized sea shells embedded into the wall.
